The Model# HS-125x8 Stenciler uses a hydraulic press to stamp an impression of character dies onto parts. The rotating turret will hold up to six sets of character dies at the same time. Each set of characters can hold a maximum of ten characters (5/8" characters). Press stamping and rotating turret position is CNC controlled which allows up to six sets of almost instantaneous stenciling.

The bar code applicator requires both electrical power and compressed air. The thermal transfer printer will print the barcode onto an adhesive label. The system will then pneumatically tamp the label onto the part as it passes by on the conveyor. All popular bar codes and eight fonts are resident in memory, including a vector font for virtually thousands of typestyles and sizes.

The MC2000 is an electrically operated machine which marks by tracing and incising a series of micro-dots at an adjustable impact force. Consequently, a wide range of characters and signs stored in the machine memory can be marked with the required size and depth. Permanent marking can be carried out on various materials by the repeated action of a properly sharpened hard metal stylus. This unit operates on electric power only, with solenoid control for micro-impacts.
